This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on fireplacecanada.com and shipped within
the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), or to locations outside the GTA when approved in advance by our office. Our goal is to make shipping expectations clear and easy to understand. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Free shipping applies to orders over $1,000 within the GTA.
Orders under $1,000 may incur a shipping fee, which will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping applies to curbside / building entrance delivery only. (Delivery inside the home is not included.)
All deliveries require a signature and will not be left unattended.
If shipping details shown in the cart differ from this policy, this policy takes precedence.

unforeseen logistical delays.

If you prefer to pick up your order in person, please contact us after placing your order to
confirm availability, pickup arrangements, or the estimated arrival time at our showroom.

Once an order is in transit, delivery addresses cannot be changed.
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing
your order.

Order Cancellations
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Orders refused at delivery are treated as returns and may be subject to return shipping and handling costs.
We reserve the right to cancel any order where:
Shipping costs are excessive relative to the order value.
The delivery location is inaccessible by standard courier services.
If additional shipping charges apply, we will contact you before proceeding.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If damage is visible at delivery:
Clearly note that the package is damaged when accepting the shipment, if possible.
If damage is discovered after delivery:
Notify the courier within 24 hours of delivery.
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Failure to report any damage within 24 hours of delivery may void eligibility for a replacement or store credit.

Please review the policy below so you know exactly what to expect.
Approved refunds apply to the product price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If
your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your
refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is
received and inspected, typically within 3-5 business days.
To qualify for a refund, items must be:
- New and unused
- In original packaging
- Include all accessories, remotes, decorative media, manuals, and components
- Packaged exactly as received (including pallet or skid, if applicable)
Items returned damaged, used, incomplete, or without original packaging may:
- Be refused, or
- Be subject to a restocking fee
